JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 It appears from the mediation report dated 28.6.2017, there is a chance of amicable settlement of dispute between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute has been settled between the parties for a sum Rs.70,000/-, out of which petitioner has already paid Rs.40,000/- and is ready to pay the rest amount of Rs.30,000/- within ten days.

In view of the above, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur in Complaint case no. 1877 of 2014 on the condition that he would paid the rest Rs.30,000/- within ten days. He would continue to appear before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.503 of 2017 (6) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 Mediation till the final settlement is worked out. In case the petitioner fails to pay the aforesaid amount and to abide by the conditions of the Mediation settlement, it will be open for the opposite party to file a petition for cancellation of bail.
