This application has been filed in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S.Case No.356 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149,341, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of firing against this petitioner. He is in custody for about 01 year and 04 months and the other co-accused, having similar allegation, has already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court, vide order dated 11.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.55144 of 2015.

Heard learned A.P.P. also it has been submitted that from perusal of Para 3 of the petition, it appears that the petitioner is accused in 13 other cases.

Having heard both sides. In view of aforesaid facts, I am not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2860 of 2017 (2) dt.10-02-2017 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of six months and if not concluded, the petitioner is at liberty to move for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
