2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 129 of 2023 dated 02.05.2023 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioner brutally assaulted the informant and his family members causing injuries to them.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is a delay of 10 days in lodging the F.I.R. without any explanation. Nothing has been

As per the injury report of the injured, Ramesh Pandey (Annexure-P/4), two injuries are simple in nature whereas one injury is stated to be grievous in nature caused by heavy blunt object. The co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 12.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84325/2023. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Saran, Chapra in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 129 of 2023.
7. The application stands allowed.
