The petitioner is accused in connection with Bagengola P.S. Case No. 58 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(A)(B)/26(1-b) Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the present case and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. He has no criminal history and is in custody since 22.07.2016. Also the charge has been framed.

Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and from materials available on record, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.707 of 2017 (4) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Bagengola P.S. Case No. 58 of 2016.
