====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner has been promoted as head master and he has been transferred to Rajkiya Madhya Vidyalaya, Lamichour, Bhorey, Gopalganj upon is transfer but he has not been allowed to assume his duty. He submits that he has also made a representation in this respect before the District Education Officer, Gopalganj (respondent no.5) which has also been received in his office on 19.9.2018. He submits that respondent no.5 be directed to dispose of his representation.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21654 of 2018(2) dt.05-12-2018 2/2 In view of the limited prayer, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the proceedings pending. The DEO, Gopalganj (respondent no. 5) should take a final decision on petitioner's representation dated 19.9.2018 expeditiously and preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.
