JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-05-2016 From perusal of the writ petition it appears that the most of the retiral dues of the petitioner has been paid to the petitioner.

Petitioner submits that he superannuated on 31.5.2009 while working as disinfectors in Bhojpur District Board, Arrah. He submits that though he has been paid most of the retiral dues, but the same has not been paid in light of recommendations of 6th Pay Revision Commission. The writ petition is disposed of with observation that if the petitioner files a representation raising the aforesaid grievance before respondent no.3, the latter would look into the matter as to whether the 6th PRC has been made applicable to the employees of the Board. Respondent no.3 would dispose of

Patna High Court CWJC No.2433 of 2014 (3) dt.12-05-2016 2/2 the matter within three months from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner.

Any admitted dues would also be paid to the petitioner in the meantime. The petitioner can agitate the matter with respect to payment of interest in Civil suit. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J) Shashi.
