Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of fatherin-law and mother-in-law respectively in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 651 of 2017 registered under Section 304B/34 IPC. Within one year of the marriage, the victim was burnt to death. Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioner no. 1 is a handicapped person whereas petitioner no. 2 is his old wife. Counsel for the State opposed the prayer. It is submitted that the deceased had received 100 % burn injury. It is heinous crime.

Perused the F.I.R. as well as the impugned order wherein it

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2654 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 is stated that the allegation got support in course of investigation.

Considering the above, prayer for anticipatory bail made on behalf of the two petitioners is rejected. Petitioners shall surrender and pray for regular bail in the Court below. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) Pankaj/- U T
