The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 20, 22 and 08 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

It appears that 13 Kg. Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 09.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8113 of 2015 with an observation that if the trial is not concluded within five months the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. The petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about 14 months for recovery of 13 Kg. of Ganja.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51575 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Kishanganj in Kishanganj Rail P.S. Case No. 22/ 2014 (G.R. No. 80 of 2014).
