The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Masurhi P. S. Case No. 205 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the injuries sustained by the informant and one Ritik Raj having been found to be simple coupled with the fact that a counter case was instituted against the members of the prosecution party, in the event of arrest or

No.54072 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners named above, who are said to be the men of clean antecedent, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi at Patna in Masurhi P. S. Case No. 205 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
