Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13582 of 2015 taking note of his criminal antecedent as well as nature of allegation but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that co-accused Sudhir Yadav and Vimal Yadav@ Bhimal Yadav having similar allegation and having more or less criminal antecedent have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court as well as co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as facts and circumstances of the case with an intent to maintain the parity of justice, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial
