This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Marauna Police Station Case No. 80 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Anganwari Sevika after due verification of her academic record by the appropriate authority but subsequently the academic records of the petitioner were said to be forged and fabricated and on this ground she has been terminated from the post. The certificates of the petitioenr are annexed as annexure-P/2 and the Examination controller of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54071 of 2017 (2) dt.15-12-2017 Sanskrit Shiksha Board has also declared the certificates as legal and valid, which is evident from annexure-P/3 and P/4. Hence, the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Marauna Police Station Case No. 80 of 2016, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
