Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 103 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to village politics. Further submission is that on perusal of the seizure list, it appears that the alleged recovery has been made from west side of the canal at Akhauri Talab. It is also submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent.
