1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner preferred Cr. Misc. No. 47747 of 2023 for the relief of regular bail and his prayer was allowed vide order dated 02.08.2023 but in the said order due to typographical error, name of petitioner's father has been wrongly typed as Raghunath Mahto in place of his correct name Raghubir Mahto, hence a prayer is made to modify the same.

3. Having considered the above submission, let the name of petitioner's father on the first page of order dated 02.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47747 of 2023 be read as Raghubir Mahto in place of Raghunath Mahto which was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64861 of 2023(2) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 wrongly typed in petitioner's petition.
