JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 06-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State and perused the FIRs of Supaul P.S. Case No. 97/2015 and 98/2015 and the injury report of the injured Udai Kumar Singh and Vishal Kumar Singh.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 97/15 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegations made in the case and counter case and the injuries sustained by members of both the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51658 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 2 / 2 below within four weeks from today, the petitioners, abovenamed, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 97/15 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
