Let the defect(s), if any, as pointed out by the office, be removed within four weeks.

The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 55 of 2022 under sections 498(A), 323, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

As per the prosecution story, the lady informant was married in the year 2019 and in 2022, the FIR was lodged alleging torture by dowry by the entire family members. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be facing consequences and till any order is passed by the Family Court or any other Court, the petitioner is ready to pay

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59116 of 2022(2) dt.06-02-2023 2/2 Rs. 6000/- per month including February, 2023. He further submits that the petitioner is a government employee, working in Indian Railways.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that a bare perusal of the FIR would show that how she has been beaten by the petitioner's side.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is in employment and do not have any criminal antecedent, will be cooperating in investigation and facing the trial, for the present he is ready to pay Rs. 6000/- per month as stated above, this Court is inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Begusarai, in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 55 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
