Petitioner is accused in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 84 of 2017 registered under Sections 307 of the I.P.C. and 25(1-b)A, 26, 35, 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 01.04.2017.

Case No. 84 of 2017.
