2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3962 of 2014.

3. Learned APP for the State has submitted that the present modification application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner after a delay of more than eight years.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that the reasons mentioned in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80704 of 2023(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 modification application are not tenable in the eyes of law, this Court is not inclined to allow the modification application filed on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No. 2192 (C) of 2012 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. Patna.

5. Accordingly, the present modification application stands rejected.
