This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Dharmapura P.S. Case No.71 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 125(b), 132 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is accused of assaulting the police party. He is in custody since 15.06.2025. 4.

It has been submitted by learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that the injury sustained by the injured in simple in nature. It has also been submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in this case due to political rivalry as he was

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions of learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Rohtas at Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Dharmapura P.S.
