Pursuant to order dated 24.11.2015, the District Programme Officer, Establishment, Supaul is present and files show cause as well as counter affidavit.

Though the Court is not satisfied with the stand taken by him but in view of unconditional and unqualified apology tendered for having not complied with the earlier order of the Court dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.17125 of 2011 dt.27-11-2015 2/2 06.11.2015 for filing counter affidavit and taking a lenient view in the matter, the Court does not propose to proceed against him any further. Coming on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all his admitted dues have been paid and he has no grievance.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a warning to the District Programme Officer, Establishment, Supaul, who is present in Court, to be careful in future. His personal appearance stands dispensed with (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- U
