This petition is filed for modification of order dated 20.7.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27243 of 2017 and to extend the period of their surrender in the court below.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.7.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27243 of 2017 but due to flood the petitioners could not surrender within time.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the period of surrender of the petitioners is extended for three weeks from today and the modification petition is allowed accordingly.
