2. The petitioner has questioned selection of respondent No. 7 as Anganbari Sevika for Anganbari Centre No. 115 of Gram Panchayat Raj Gardha in the district of Sitamarhi. According to the petitioner, he is a conscious citizen of the village, and, therefore, he has filed the present writ application. He was not a party to the process of selection in any manner.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent State of Bihar has raised a preliminary objection over

Patna High Court CWJC No. 17432 of 2019 dt.18-10-2019 2/2 maintainability of the writ application on the ground that the petitioner has no locus standi to maintain this writ application.

5. I am satisfied with the submission made on behalf of the Respondent State of Bihar. This writ application is not maintainable as the petitioner cannot be said to be a person aggrieved.
