Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 295 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 269, 270, 271, 341, 323, 307, 332, 353, 427 and 431 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, a female child died in a road accident and in protest thereof, 23 named accused persons and 150 unknown persons created a road jam.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70182 of 2021(2) dt.19-05-2022 2/2 that on similar footing some co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 47061 of 2021.

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 295 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
