The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence while the informant was returning after withdrawing cash of Rs. 17,500 from the ATM, on the way, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner having weapons in their hands riding on motorcycle came and surrounded the informant and on the point of weapons snatched cash and mobile from possession of informant and also assaulted him. Petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the place of occurrence after seeing the mob.

Ajaz and Chhotu Kumar who were apprehended on the spot. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka P.S.
