2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025 dated 23.03.2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 137(2), 96, 115(2), 352, 351(2) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the victim has been recovered and she has recorded her statement before the Judicial Magistrate under section 183 of BNSS, in which she revealed that co-accused Balram Yadav had kidnapped her to marry with his son, namely, Mekanand and the petitioner is the nephew of the said Balram Yadav, so, there is no allegation against this petitioner. It is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57584 of 2025(4) dt.17-12-2025 2/2 lastly submitted that the petitioner is a 19 year old person, having fair and clean antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 19.04.2025.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly the petitioner's custody period, his fair and clean antecedent and his young age, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025.
