Petitioner is aggrieved by the order contained in (Annexure-8). Annexure-8 is simply a request by the Registrar to produce certain documents so that further action may be taken. In view of the kind of request made by the Registrar, Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga, contained in Annexure-8, the present writ is premature. The petitioner, if so advised, may submit necessary

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file reply before the Registrar-respondent no.4 and the Registrar shall be obliged to take appropriate decision on the reply submitted by the petitioner at the earliest.
