2. This is an application for quashing of the order dated 22.05.2006 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna passed in Complaint Case No. 3414(C) of 2005 by which cognizance of the offences has been taken under Sections 147, 323 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The impugned order is of the year 2006 which has been challenged in the year 2019 after an inordinate delay.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59732 of 2019(2) dt.03-04-2025 2/2 ground of delay and laches with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage.
