The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 514 of 2015 registered under Sections 419 and 420 of Indian Penal Code.

The matter concerned with impersonation in appearing in examination of S.S.C. Constable Examination in which Arvind Kumar appearing in examination in place of Munmun Tiwary and was arrested. During investigation one Santosh Kumar Bank staff confessed and in his confession, the name of the petitioner finds that he has also offer Rs. 4,00,000/- to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report and only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of coaccused Santosh Kumar before the police. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
