JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 All the petitioners are accused in Dhansoi P S Case No. 60 of 2015 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. They apprehend arrest in the said case, which is a fall-out of dispute relating to turning a channel of water for paddy plantation. A large number of persons, most of them are immediate relatives, have been made accused in the present case as would be evident from the FIR. However, only one person is shown to have injured i.e. one Rakesh Singh. The allegation of firing is against one Raj Narayan Singh, who is not the petitioner in the present case.

No.52609 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2 / 2 In view of the nature of the dispute and chances of false implication, not being ruled out, let the petitioners Sri Krishna Singh @ Sri Kusun Singh, Munnu Singh, Mohan Singh, Gorakh Singh alias Gorakh Kumar, Vidyapati Singh, Gopal Singh, Radheyshyam Singh, Ritesh Singh and Bagaloo Singh, in the event of arrest and surrender before the court below within six weeks, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in Dhansoi P S Case No.60/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
