2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 346 of 2024 dated 30.06.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the allegations made in the FIR are completely false, in fact, in between both the parties, there is a dispute regarding a shop which is situated near the shop of the informant's husband and the informant's family want to purchase the said shop which had already been purchased by the petitioner and both the parties are relatives having relation of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63263 of 2024(2) dt.05-10-2024 2/2 maternal aunt and nephew, so, the allegations levelled by the informant in the FIR, are totally absurd, not believable and the same are vague too.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the above submissions and mainly taking into account the genesis of the occurrence as stated above, this Court is inclined to accept the anticipatory bail prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 346 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
