Matter relates to appointment or selection on the post of Accounts Officer as per the advertisement, dated 26.03.2000.

Looking at the time-frame, which has elapsed, as also the fact that such selection or appointment has been completed, a decade ago, no fruitful purpose would be served by racking up the old issue at this belated stage.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7032 of 2008 dt.03-08-2015 2/2 Petitioner is already in employment. He should be happy with what he has in these days of unemployment. Matter is allowed to rest in view of the long passage of time and the period when cause of action arose.

Writ application stands disposed off with observation as above.
