JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-12-2018 In the order dated 30.11.2018 it has been inadvertently mentioned as "Reference in this regard has been made to a judgment of the Division Bench reported in 2013(3) PLJR 706."

Let the aforesaid sentence be corrected and be read as follows:- "Reference in this regard has been made to a judgment of a co-ordinate Bench of this Court reported in 2013(2) PLJR 706".

Accordingly, the order dated 30.11.2018 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the last paragraph of the aforesaid judgment dated 30.11.2018, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Jainagar,

Patna High Court CWJC No.22321 of 2018(3) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 Madhubani has been granted liberty to proceed in the matter after supplying a copy of the inquiry report to the petitioner herein, however, the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer should be "Bagha, West Champaran, Bettiah".

Accordingly, liberty granted to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Jainagar, Madhubani be read as "liberty is granted to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Bagha, West Champaran, Bettiah. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Tiwary/- U
