The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 354B and 379 of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence petitioners along with other accused persons named in the written report caught hold hand of the daughter of the informant with bad intention and on protest by the son of the informant, petitioners assaulted with rod and butt of the pistol causing injury to him. They also snatched chain from daughter of the informant and Rs.700/- from pocket of the son of the informant.

No.1155 of 2017 (2) dt.13-01-2017 2/2 It has been submitted that no offence u/s 354B of the I.P.C is made out against the petitioners from the case as alleged in the written report. They are in custody since 19.11.2016. From the written report itself it appears that there is general allegation against these petitioners, of catching hold hand of the informant's daughter and snatching chain.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 635 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners. (Sanjay Priya, J.) ravi/- U T
