Permission is granted.

The application, thus, stands dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner no. 2.

As regards petitioner nos. 1 & 3, learned counsel submits that they have been implicated in this case due to admitted land dispute. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus against all the accused persons and the injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. There is no fire arm injury. They have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the

No.48929 of 2017(3) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner nos. 1 & 3, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
