The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case, they are permitted to file a representation regarding their grievances mentioned in the writ petition, before the respondent no. 6.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners may file a representation before the respondent no. 6 within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 6 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of twelve weeks thereafter considering the judgment rendered by the learned Division Bench in L.P.A. no. 1699 of 2013 dated 27.09.2016 and L.P.A. no. 655 of 2015 dated 26.02.2018.
