JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of informant's daughter and allegedly, he tortured the informant's daughter due to non-fulfilment of illegal demand for which petitioner is in jail custody since 23.05.2015.

It is specific stand of the petitioner that he is ready to keep the informant's daughter with full honour and dignity but it is informant's daughter, who does not want to lead her conjugal life with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53304 of 2015 (2) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 114 of 2014.
