In the present case, the petitioner is submitting that he has filed a representation before District Magistrate-cumChairman of Compassionate Appointment Committee, Patna for the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground. Let the Authority examine the case of the petitioner in the context that one of the brother is a school teacher and he is raising a plea that he is not earning sufficient money to run the family. In view of that, the Authority while considering the case of the petitioner will also examine the facts about earning of the family in total including the earning of his father and a proper order shall be passed in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
