Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 21.8.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.29201 of 2018 with a direction to the petitioner to surrender, however, the present modification application has been filed that the petitioner was arrested.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is still ready to deposit the amount, if some reasonable time is given..

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order, however, while considering the prayer of the petitioner, learned court below shall consider the above
