The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No.188 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 323, 353, 188, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
