The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 510 of 2015 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 308 of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 21.09.2015.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 510 of 2015.
