The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 379/420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 40 of the Mining Act.

The allegation is that the petitioner did not deposit renewal fees for running of his brick kiln. It is submitted that the petitioner has already deposited the renewal fees. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B.K.
