The petitioner is accused in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 77 of 2016 registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a and 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one country made loaded pistol along with three live cartridges from possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive and he is in custody since 20.06.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.2387 of 2017 (2) dt.03-02-2017 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VI, Gopalganj, in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 77 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
