The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 466 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307, 341, 323, 295, 295(A) & 135(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioners are named in the F.I.R. with allegation that they along with other known and unknown accused persons numbering 500-600 were making communal slogan and obstructed discharging official duty by the police personnel and further pelted stone on the members of another community.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.874 of 2017 (2) dt.16-01-2017 2/2 Submission is of false implication and that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, the allegations are omnibus and general in nature. Three of the co-accused have been allowed pre-arrest bail by the learned Court below itself by order dated 25.07.2016 vide A.B.P. No. 1243 of 2016 and the case of the petitioners are similar.

The learned A.P.P. fairly submits that three coaccused have been allowed pre-arrest bail by the learned Court below.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 466 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J.) Rajiv/- U T
