The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 323, 325, 332, 333, 353, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case got initiated with the written report of Block Development Officer, Patna Sadar to the Station House Officer, Gandhi Maidan Police Station to the effect that on 17.06.2017 at 5.00 P.M. on information being received from Sub-divisional Officer, Sadar Patna and under the

No.51873 of 2017 (2) dt.10-11-2017 2/3 direction of Chairman, Bihar State Pollution Control Board, the advertising company of Shri Binod Kumar, the husband of the petitioner namely, M/s M.S. Advertising Company was to be sealed which was objected by Binod Kumar and his family members, who resorted to assault and obstructed in discharging the official duty, consequently Binod Kumar along with his father, mother and brother were taken into custody. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general. It is alleged that during sealing of the advertising company the family members pelted stones on the police and other officials but none received any injury. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 9 of the petition. The petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of accusation omnibus and general against the entire family of the main accused Binod Kumar, the proprietor of M/s M.S. Advertising Company coupled with the fact that the petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
