The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 189 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 337 and 354A of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on the occasion of marriage of brother of informant, Shyam Nath Kumar, several ladies had come to his house. In the evening of 01.06.2019, sister of informant along with 10 other ladies had gone for taking bath in the pond. At that time, all petitioners reached there and started taking photographs and making videos from their mobiles of sister of informant and other

When the sister of the informant raised alarm then informant along with his brother-in-law reached there then all petitioners started to caused assault to informant and his brother-in-law. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to petty dispute, occurrence took place, in which, petitioners' side also sustained injury, regarding which, Belaganj P.S. Case No. 190 of 2019 is instituted on the basis of written report of Ramjanam Singh, father of petitioner no.1. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Gaya, in connection with Belaganj P.S.
