2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 308 , 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per F.I.R., all the accused persons assaulted informant and his family members with lathi - danda due to which informant sustained injury .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that specific accusation of assault to informant is against co-accused Manoj Paswan and Prakash Paswan . So far as these petitioners are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation against

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the general and omnibus allegation of assault against these petitioner and clean antecedent and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 288 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
