2. The present petition has been filed "for a direction to the respondents to pay the arrears of revised family pension/pension of the husband of the petitioner on the basis of 5th and 6th pay revision from 01.04.1997 to 01.04.2007."

3. Yet again, none appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank appears and invites reference to paragraph-3 of its counter affidavit to submit that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. It is stated that an amount of Rs. 92,644/-(Rs. Ninety two thousand six hundred and forty four only) has been credited to the petitioner's Bank Account No. 50040356446 on 29.09.2014. It is further stated that an amount of Rs. 2,39,840/- (Rs. Two lacs thirty nine thousand eight hundred and forty only) has also been credited to the petitioner's bank account on 24.06.2021 by way of 7th pay revision.

5. Having regard to the stand of the respondent-Bank in its counter affidavit, to which no rejoinder has been filed by the petitioner controverting the facts stated therein, the writ petition stands disposed of.
