JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 22-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual Court proceedings. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 11.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11228 of 2020 to the extent of extending the period of surrender and furnishing bail bonds.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period to surrender and furnish bail bonds, is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.353 of 2019, pending in the court of learned Additional District Judge-II- cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi. The order dated 11.06.2020 is modified to the extent as
