On 29.03.2012 and 20.04.2016, the case was listed for admission. Again in October, 2018, when this case was listed on different dates, but no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is for a direction to the respondents to make payment of honorarium/arrears of salary for the period he has discharged the responsibility of Shiksha Mitra i.e. from 01.02.2006 to 26.07.2007. The grievance as to non-payment of honorarium for
Patna High Court CWJC No.17351 of 2011 dt.11-10-2018 2/2 the period 01.02.2006 to 26.07.2007 was raised for the first time in 2011. We are in 2018 and at this stage when there is a dispute whether the petitioner has actually worked and entitled to payment of honorarium, no positive direction can be issued, as entering into the controversy after 11 years is neither desirable nor justified. Considering the totality of the facts situation, the Court is of the view that the present writ application with regard to belated claim is unsustainable and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
