JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 In view of the order dated 10.04.2014 this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the respondent University to take a decision within four weeks regarding non-adjustment of Rs. 07,07,250/- for which show cause notice has been issued upon the petitioner and a reply thereof has already been submitted by him on 24.4.2015. So far the other matters are concerned; let the admitted dues be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks after taking the aforesaid decision. If the petitioner is aggrieved with respect to the fixation of pension etc. then he would be at liberty to make a representation before the Registrar of the University, who should consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of filing of such application.
The writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations and directions.
