In this case, the petitioner has made a prayer for regularization in service having been working in the district of Aurangabad in the Irrigation Department.

Similarly situated person, namely, Ghura Paswan and others, working in the Aurangabad district in the same department, approached this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 18376 of 2015 and this Court considered their cases and passed order for consideration of case, in positive or negative, and the discretion was left upon the respondents.

In similar terms, the present matter is also remanded to the authority concerned to consider the case of the present petitioner and he will be granted the same benefit as has been given to Ghura Paswan and others within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
